At first we arrived and we were warmly welcomed. The place is showing its age but it was nice. We decided to stay another night, so we booked again and arranged everything at front desk. We left for the day to do our tour, and when we came back, we didn't have our room booked, our stuff was there, but the room wasn't clean, no towels, full service not done. We called for them to provide at least towels and soap and shampoo, and they took 1 hr.

The next day at check out, the woman in reception was rude, impolite, not even looking to my eyes, it seemed like we were bothering her to even say good morning. We were going to leave without more complaining about the service until this woman treated us so disrespectfully. We asked to talk to the manager and hopefully this will help t. The desk associate was extremely rude. I was traveling with 2 teens and had requested a room with 2 queens and a foldout but the room had no foldout. The desk associate was very rude when I requested a different room but finally accommodated my request.

The escalators were out of service. Only one of my beds was made so I had to make the other. There was no blanket on my bed and with no heat, I had to use the paper-thin 2' wide foot runner as a blanket. I got no sleep. The shower and sink appeared to have blood splattered all around and my teen boys who are not picky refused to step into the shower even after I cleaned the bathroom myself. I've stayed at this property numerous times in the past with no problems but this would probably rank as the worst experience I've had with a hotel anywhere, anytime. Parking is a mess. Signs were misleading.

Cars were going in the wrong exit and if you hit the assistance button, you get no response. Hallway and room need serious vacuuming. On the other hand, location of the hotel is excellent! Nice view from my room! Only pro was the view of the arch. Someone was smoking in the non smoking area.

Holes showing on wall where the thermostat and carbon monoxide detector should have been. Holes in linens. Bath faucet leeking. Cockroach as we walked in. TV and lights left on when we came in. Trash in the room still. Costs more to use their parking service. Welcome area dirty.

This was not known. The woman working at the check in was beyond rude and did not care at all about her job. My finance and I was going to stay one night because we had to pay anyways and we was put on the 27th floor. The room we was given had a low window about a foot from the floor that could open.

Low enough for my 1 year old daughter to open and fully opened enough she could have fit through it. Not safe or kid friendly at all. We lasted about 10 minutes in our room before checking out. Having ''car park charges apply '' and ''car park'' as an option is very misleading, unless you want to walk over a mile to and from your car. We booked 5 nights and no refund yet. We checked in, got our room, and our room looked like people just checked out of it bathroom used with toilet seat up, all bedding pulled off and on the floor along with pillows, dresser drawers pulled out.

I went to the front desk and told them about my issue and they instantly replied back with "I will give you another room".

Did not say sorry for my inconvenience. We went to our second room We went back to the front desk and they acted shocked when I told them about my second room in the same condition. After an HOUR of dealing with this, they had to ask security to go view my third room before we got there. Finally our third room was available. Once we entered the room it was picked up but still dirty. We ended up not staying at that hotel because it looked like the bedding had not been washed and the bathroom was not sanitized.

I would NOT recommend this hotel!!!!

Talked to the desk clerk, she said you're in ,not She finally figured out her mistake, then said "oh well,I gave a dad and 3 teenagers a key to " They said they opened the door, saw our luggage and went back to the desk. Yeah right! But the hotel is nice and the prices are very reasonable. Foul smell throughout the rooms. Really is a horrible experience bring your own sheets!
